PLEASE HELP, MENTAL BREAKDOWN

So hey guys. I've made a dire mistake during the past summer. I slept with a prostitute while on vacation in asia, WITH a condom though. This was the only time I've had sex in my life before. I also gave her unprotected oral sex. 4 months later, i finally decide to get tested for STD's such as HIV, hepatitis, syphilis...ect

My doctor said that my risks for these STDs are very low. But thats not whats really scaring me. I recently read that i could have somehow got HPV because its really common? even though 4-5 months later, i have no symptoms of it. am i worrying myself for no reason and assuming the worst?

please offer your opinion. do you guys think that I am safe to sleep with? because i recently got a new gf who is a virgin.

I was a virgin at that time, that was my first sexual encounter. Also, I heard the HIV test should be done again after 6 months? I tested negative, but this was 4-5 months ago

With no symptoms in 4-5 months, you have very little to worry about. Why assume the worse? Safe sex is safer than non-safe sex. Could you have been exposed to HPV with that CSW? Possibly but it usually requires multiple sex encounters. Were you a virgin at that time? If not, then you may have gotten it with past partners.

Get the vaccine if you are 26 or under. Your GF should get the vaccine too if she isn't sexually active and 26 or under. Based on what you wrote, I would say that you are 99% safe to sleep with. Stop worrying as stress kills. And stop seeing escorts too!
