Penis-bumps

Hello there, i have a question for u. I have a red bump on the shaft of my penis and it was a bump in till two days ago. Since then it has opened up and is bleeding, but nothing serious and there is a white dot in the middle of this bump that looks like puss. I just want to know what this is and if i should get it looked at or hopefully it will go away. And yes i did use to jack off and ever since this bump is there i have stopped and i am know stopping for GOOD!!!. thank u for your time:), i hope u can help

red bump, which bleeds and has puss - this can't be a wart... You can see for couple of days if it resolves but if the condition persists, you should see a doctor...
