Yes, you can still get HPV if you have sex without a condom. A condom provides some protection, but skin not covered by a condom is open for transimission/infection.
Is this the same boyfriend? If so, there is a good chance that he too has cleared the virus. Most people clear HPV in less than a year and over 90% clear it in 2 years. Your vaccine will give you some degree of immunity, and a condom is some protection.
You will be at risk of contracting HPV with any partner. But if he is symptom free, and has been for some time, the risk is not likely to be much higher with your boyfriend than anybody else.
but even if he doesnt have any warts on him, he still has HPV in his blood or something, right? that means i could still get it? yes. it is the same boyfriend :)
