No idea. Go see a dermatologist for any skin issue.

Forget home remedies as they don't work. Start off with your primary care physician or visit a clinic. A rash on your arm has nothing to do with genital warts. Pain in testicles require medical attention and a urologist may be required. There is no HPV test for men but a dermatologist can identify genital warts. Google 8 panel test for STD testing clinics near you and get tested for 8 of the most common STDs (HSV1, HSV2, HIV, etc. I Oral sex isn't much safer than genital sex. Sores on lips can indicate that you have oral HPV and for that you need to start off with visiting your dentist.

Sex is not meant to be without consequences. There is no such thing as completely safe sex but there is safer sex via condoms and being monogamous with someone. If you don't already have HPV, consider getting the vaccine to protect yourself against strains that you may not already have. If you smoke cigs or drink alcohol, consider stopping to give your body a chance to recover faster. Avoid sex during the recovery period (2 - 8 months after the last wart is gone). If you must have sex with this same partner during recovery, consider wearing a latex condom to prevent more warts. Your partner should get tested for HPV. If she gets a positive result, then you have it too!

Your hightest priority is being healthy, not having sex. Make believe that your future depends on recovering from whatever it is you have. Contact relatives if you need financial assistance or seek medical care from a free clinic. Should you ever recover, just understand that you and your partner have the same strains. After all warts are gone for 2 - 8 months, you and your partner can have all of the unsafe sex you want because you cannot re-infect each other for the rest of your lives. But if either of you sleep with others, then you can infect them too.

Sorry for being so dramatic, bu age 17 is too young to be sexually active. And now you see why. Educate her and yourself via the link below.

Okay thanks for the help and do you know what the grayish brown area on the bottom of my testicles could possibly be?
