Possible HPV

23, male, scared. I had unprotected vaginal and oral intercourse July 22, 2014 with a girl I met over the internet. Immediately after, and ever since then there was been pain and discomfort in my urethra that gets worse with urination and ejaculation. Been tested for everything and it has come back negative. I plan to get tested again at the 3 month mark.
Another thing I have been noticed is cracks on my penishead. Could this be a sign of warts and can HPV cause urethral discomfort? Please help, I don't want this for the rest of my life. Doctors say everything is normal.

Thanks for your reply! I have been seeing a uro since August and he can't seem to find what is wrong. Would he have found a yeast infection by now? He has done three urine tests, a blood test, an xray and cystoscopy. Last thing he wants to do is a cat scan.

Cracks are not genital warts. You do not have HPV. No, HPV cannot cause urethral discomfort. However, she may have had a yeast infection and that may the cause of your issues. Go see an urologist if the symptoms persist.
