Question about HPV situation

Anyways... I've started to notice these skin tags on my foreskin by the glands and what not. They said it's HPV and i got tested for other stuff which came out negative. Since those bumps were too small they can't use acid or whatever to get rid of them and they didn't give me any cream for it. I bought this russian liquid that supposedly is good against these things. It like burns them off and i used it. It hurt like hell and i had to quickly wash it off but it did the trick i guess. The small region i used it on it burned it off and turned it black for a few days then it came off. Now where the burnt spot is... theres like a... small little bubble from the looks of it. What does that mean? You can't really seem to pop it, but when i push it together like a pimple it kinda hurts.

Should i just let it heal? I mean it seems kinda normal i guess after burning them off..?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This can be the recurence of wart or due to friction blister. Get it examined from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. For small warts, several medications(like podophyllum resin, Podofilox (Condylox), Trichloroacetic and bichloroacetic acids, Imiquimod 5% cream and interferons) are available, which can be applied directly to the surface of the warts.Other treatment options include electrical cautery, surgical removal, Carbon dioxide laser treatment and electrodesiccation.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Go to a dermatologist. Stop self medicating.  The doctor can remove them or give you medical creams to remove them. A small bubble usually is a genital wart.
