Red spots n smooth flesh color bump on tongue. HPV?
I'm a bi guy who thought he was being so careful with STD's.
I have given men handjobs and received them. And over the past 5 yrs I've had sex with three women, all with protection and have received oral from the same three.
Now I have this spot on the front of my tongue that keeps moving and has me wondering if it's an HPV wart. I thought it might be geographic tongue but some of the pics on the web of hpv on the tongue looked somewhat similar. They are red bumps like irritated taste buds with an outer ring of slight white color. And now I have a larger flesh colored bump that is smooth and on the top of my tongue in the middle if the red dots. The weird thing is that this patch keeps moving after a few days from one side of my tongue to the other. I kissed the girls I was with but did not give them oral so I'm not sure how I could possibly have caught hpv with a genital wart in my mouth based on my recent sexual activity. Anyone have any thoughts to help calm me?

Thanks for taking the time and thanks for the comments. I just had a physical and he saw nothing on my tongue but this new one just started. The bad part is I am now obsessing over my tongue. If it stays I'll go back and get it checked out. Thanks
