Result HPV RT-PCR?

2 months ago I have penis small red spots, the doctor told only inflammation usually go away after 4-5 weeks, I learned about gentinal wart and fear of disease, but I don't have sex, there is no risk. I went to the hospital A for testing HPV Genotyping 6/11, result positive HPV type 11. I do not believe in results. I went to the hospital B two times against HIV tests, all results were negative. After 2 results Negative, I return to the hospital A retest HPV 6/11, finally back to negative. All of them use the method "RT-PCR" with "Urethra Swab" sample, I don't had sex, no risk. and red spot had disappeared after 4-5 weeks.
So the first positive results are false-positives?

Until now, I was retested again 10 times, the results were negative. So be sure first RT-PCR positive results are false positive results yet?

Yeah had to be something other than HPV.  The "small red spots" are very common from rough masterbation. If you google "red dots on penis", you will see a lot of posts on sites from guys who have had them. Neosporin will repair the skin damage and make them go away.
