It would be tough to guess what the bump is, but I don't think it is necessary to disclose it to future partners. Many people have bumps and marks on their genitals that are temporary or not spread sexually. Since it has been gone for six months, if it was a wart, you probably have cleared the virus by now. You should probably get a full STD test to put your mind at ease and to make sure the bump wasn't something like a syphilis canchre. If you test negative, I wouldn't recommend disclosing the bump.
