Suitable time for Laser surgery genital warts

Hi,
around two weeks ago, I have have some bumps on lower part of my pinessand increased by number, been checked with a dermatologist,

Just by getting checked without any sample& screening test, He realised is  Genital warts and is better to be removed by laser as soon as possible and prescript Aldara Cream just for a week.

The questions are:

1. Should I wait and try Aldara Cream or just do the laser treatment, knowing that I didn't do any screening test?2. Can the genital warts get more spread after laser treatment since is in early stages of warts?
3. In future can Genital warts be  cleared from my body and be able to get married with kids?
4. Is Co2 Laser Treatment is the best wart removal option?

Hope to have suitable answers from you.

Thanks in return.

Hey,
so first off definitely go to a dermatologist or your regular doctor and get an hpv test done to see the strand you have or if that’s what it is at all.
Second, I’ve been using Aldara on some moderate warts and i’ve seen slow and subtle improvement. Some people get lucky and it goes away fast others have to wait a couple months. But it does work.
I did tried freezing in my initial stages when i only had two very small warts and i didn’t find it did anythig honestly.

Start treatment asap though. Because the general rule of warts is that they either go away, get better, or get worse. But they will go away regardless of if you get treatment or not.
It’s a relatively unknown virus. Your immune system depending on your age will clear it- treatment doesn’t cure you it just gets rid of the nasty physical symptoms.

But no you won’t be affected as far as future martial life or sex life. The only good news is even if your battle is long there’s an end point. It clears in two years max and recurring cases are usually do to re exposure or poor immunity.
