The Difference between HPV and Herpes

I recently began treating my genital warts at home, though I hear doctors don't like that because it can be too irritating on the genitals. I've been treating them with regular vinegar they turn/turned white  and began sore and also fell off leaving an open sore. But also from my clitoris to my vaginal opening turned white and now it's like it's shedding the "old" skin. There are sores in place of where groups of the warts were, and a lot of the warts have shrunk. I know I have HPV but I also read that Genital Herpes can look a lot like the HPV warts. What lead me to research Herpes is because I feel a tingling sensation in and around my genital area. I've never had sores until I started treating the warts with vinegar. So I'm kind of curious on what anyone elses opinion would be. I would be so appreciative if you could get back to me with any useful information or personal experiences.

Like it's been said, there really is no substitute for medical treatment.  Anything you're doing in the meanwhile at home probably is only making the situation worse.  I read on your profile that you're in love with a friend and waiting to be clear before pursuing a relationship.  Maybe this should be more reason to pursue medical treatment no matter how difficult?  The sooner you get medical care, the sooner you're on your way to a clean bill of health.  I'm not trying to be condescending.  I too am a young, female, broke college student and realize how difficult things of this nature can be financially.  But it's just one of those things you've GOT to find a way to do, in all honesty I've learned.  I would go to health services at your school (since you're able to get to school adequately) and explain everything to them.  They will most likely be able to help.  Also, if PP is too far away, what about taking the bus to County Health Services?  I live in the middle of nowhere, (so I can understand the difficulty) so getting to places like these w/o a car would take over an hour on the bus- but it would be well worth it.  Really though, you can't do anything at home treatment-wise that would really help all that much- sorry.  Like it's been said, no one here can force you to prioritize your own health, it is indeed up to you.

The only way I could get to Planned Parenthood is if I had a ride there. If I had a bike I don't care how far it took to get there I would, and I'd take the bus but Planned Parenthood is so far away from me. I live with a room mate, and I go to school. I don't have to pay rent right now because she understands and she's kind of helping me out by letting me stay there. Like I said I'm not look for an alternative because this is my last resort, I've tried to get everywhere else. So I need help HERE.

It hasn't even been a year since I've had a pap, that's how I found out I had HPV. I know I shouldn't, but when you don't have any means of transportation or money you're pretty much at a loss. I know I have it, obviously I'm not having sex with anyone so spreading it isn't an issue. If I could seek medical treatment I would, but I can't as of now so I'm here. If you have any useful information like I said, please reply.
