Tiny single bump

My girlfriend recently took a pap smear test and they told her it was abnormal.She has yet to have her follow up appointment.A couple of months back i realized I had a tiny single bump on my penis that I had never noticed before.It doesnt itch and it's flesh colored.Ive done some research and I cant afford a doctor at the moment.It may be possible that it is HPV after having read up on it but do you think it would be the HPV that causes warts?I have this picture.If you could take a look at it and let me know what you think, Id greatly appreciate it.Thank you.Here's the link:
