Unexplainable vaginal itching/burning

by Sandra320, Oct 14, 2009 12:55PM
I recently got tested by my Gyno for every STD under the sun as well as other common yeast, and bacteria to explain the itching and painful sex symptoms I've been having.  I was convinced I had a yeast problem but both the vaginal test as well as the blood test were negative for yeast.  The only thing that was positive was HPV, no sign of warts and my pap was perfectly normal.  He wants to keep an eye on me and wants to see me in six months.

The Gyno threw his hands up and said I really don't know why you have this persistent itching I don't see anything visibly or in your tests, it might be the HPV.  My research shows that it can't really be HPV.  I experience itching, burning and tingling.  I literally feel movement inside me (like something is alive in there).

Can anyone think of what it might be?  Any substandard tests we might look into??

P.S.  I wash my clothes with detergents from Whole Foods so it's not environmental that I know of.
