Wart Cysts?

About 6 months ago I noticed a small asymptomatic slightly reddened bumb just outside my vaginal area, where the pubic hair begins to grow and my inner thighs begin to rub together. Assuming it was a shave bump or irritated follicle I left it alone. About three to four days later while showering I noticed that the bump had gotten bigger, was inflamed, and very tender. Also there were two other new red tender bumps that looked like shave bumps. Again, I left them alone and the two new bumps dried up just like regular ingrown hairs. I re-examined the remaining tender bump to find a smooth inflamed red bump - no blistering or protruding skin growths. I began to squueze it, thinking it was a pimple or boil. After about 5 minutes I was able to squeeze out a solid, rubbery core. It looked like a keratinized clump of cells. There was no pus or anything, however it bled a lot and became very sore and inflamed after I squeezed it out and remained that way for a few days afterward before drying out and healing. About 1.5 months ago it recurred in the same spot. Is this a follicular cyst caused from the irritation of shaving and working out (which I do regularly) or could it be an "ingrown wart"? I had two to three small warts right on the cusp of my vagina/vulva about 3.5 years ago which went away without recurrence this entire time interval. These bumps looked nothing like my previous warts, except for the deeper core I was able to force out. I am very concerned I am having an atypical hpv recurrence. Everything I read just confuses me more. Please help!
