Wart or ingrown hair?

I am a 26 year old female. I had genital warts because of HPV 1 year and 10 months ago. I spent about one month having the warts removed with salycilic acid. They never came back and I eventually tested negative for HPV. For the past year I have been monogomous with the same man, and tested positive for HPV again. I I recently went in for a colposcopy and it turned out that it is mild dysplacia and benign around my cervix, so we are just keeping an eye on the HPV for now.

I shave the inside of my labia and recently found 2 small bumps there. They both have pinpoints so I think they could possibly mollescum or maybe ingrown hairs. My question is, what is the possibility that these could be warts? What is the possibility of my warts reccurring after nearly 2 years? I never told my boyfriend about having genital warts almost 2 years ago and am wondering if I should or if the likelihood of them coming back is slim
