Wart or mole?

Hi all,

I recently found a small bump on my penis shaft. It was raised, but was not hard and did not have more than one bump accompanying it. I recently went to the doctor, and he said it could have been a wart that was passed from my hand (during peeing since I did have a wart on my thumb a few years ago), a genital wart, or just a little "age spot." He has since removed it with nitrogen and it's going down. However, it didn't turn white like most warts I've had removed do, rather it turned red and blistered. It is receding.

Any thoughts on if this was a wart or an "age spot" or a "tag." Thanks for the opinions!
