Warts removed, how will skin heal?

I have removed warts (genital) with cryogen (frozen) and with podofilox. How will the skin heal after a wart is removed?
Will the skin be completely flat or will there be any raising of the skin. I kee.p removing a wart, or I think it is, and it keeps coming back, but the skin just raises, almost likes it scabs. They don't look like warts I had the first time around. Any thoughts or pictures where I can see how the skin should heal or can heal

I think it's normal to have the skin raised a little bit..it's the scar tissue that forms after the scab falls off. I would just leave it alone for a while and see if any more tiny bumps/warts come back.
