What are these bumps??worried 20yr old

I am a 20 year old female and Ive only had sex once and we used a condom. That was back in March. In May I got a very bad kidney infection which I had to take a strong antibiotic and steroids for, this left me with a very bad vaginal itch which I thought would go away and although it became milder for a while it never quite disappeared. Later in the summer I had another course of antibiotics and the itch became very bad again.

Then I was going on holidays so I removed all the hair from my genital and perineal areas with immac cream after doing so there was an extreme burn. After a few days I noticed a few bumps forming as well, but thought they would go away. While on holidays there was finger to genital contact by some random fellow. He was extremely rough and cut my perineal area.

When I came back from holidays I had to go on another course of antibiotics for a chest infection and tooth removal and the itch got really really bad and i had thick white cheesespread like discharge. But not alone this I had little stringy white skin type growths either side of my perineal fistula which I tried squeeze and resulted in spreading the infection around the skin near my vaginal entrance where i have reddish rough bumps as well.
Im really worried that these may be genital warts? Can you get genital warts from finger contact?

Also I think I may have pinworms and have been itching both back and front and may have spread bacteria.
Please help.

doesn't sound like genital hpv warts at all... further, fingering has no to lowest risk of hpv transmission... hpv warts doesn't cause any pain or itching at all... I would suggest you to see a OB/GYN immediately to have exact diagnoses.. the condition into it self sounds bad... you need immediate appointment with a doctor... since you had protected encounter at first so it shouldn't be any STD...
