Hi there . My situation looks like this . I had oral sex 30-1 min max Until I put the condom on . 24 hrs after I feel a bit of stinging on the tip of my penis so I feel that something is wrong . I decided to get tested In the uk at freedomhealth Day 10 pcr HIV negative day 14 chlamydia gonorrhoea swab and urine test first catch then week 6 HIV duo syphilis than week 8 HIV duo plus full std package without hpv than I decided to tested again cos from stinging sensation on the penis I get stinging itchy scrotum and pain like sore on the tip so get scared and tested again at week 13 HIV duo herpes 1,2 syphilis and other stds all negative uk .after that I felt even worse everything become just more irritated and swollen like ballanitis one they skin get swollen for 2 hours than
red itchy and pain then after something like I just feel like went more inside me from skin or is just more painfull and the scrotum feel red itchy like sandpaper and night time painfull is just feel like something is spreading more and more and it become so painfull that I start taking ibuprofen around 400 mg to put me a sleep and than waking me up at middle of the night without sleeping . It just more more painfull instead of stinging the only tip of my penis I had on the biginning . The scrotum is really itchy and feel like sandpaper when you touching and you can feel pain somhere like from this irritated skin sore really painful . Also I forgot 2 mention that I had twice swollen foreskin just for few hours like a ballon and than coming back to normall but still with sore and stinging or itchy scrotum just after few weeks now symptoms still persist and the only way I think off is that this could be hpv cos is spreading to another parts from foreskin to scrotum plus i get mouth white tongue witch doctor prescribe like keratosis burning mouth sensation and no much saliva present which i have all the time that happen at week 11 I have been exam by 4 doctors and just feel tired with this with full of pain . I can feel really huge pain from my genitals from foreskin tip and scrotum is just hell .!!I cannot put this behind . There is something wrong but what Any thoughts

When I read from expert and other people about hpv this say that hpv spreads by skin to skin contact so it looks like everything started on foreskin and than went down to scrotum that's wy both of those parts are painfull I also find out that scientist says that they found hpv on hands and nails so once you itch area you can infect them . I know some strains give you warts but what's about the other maybe is a mixture of them . This is so painfull I cannot describe need to be On painkillers and still not relief it started after 20 week before was only itchy sansation from one place then around then ichy scrotum now both painfull
