What should I do

I am 25 my birthday is December 16 I have only taken the first HPV shot maybe three years ago and now years later I have been diagnosed with the virus my doctor tells me I'm at the first stage and it's not as bad it can go away on its own but they recommend I get the last two shot before I hit 26 in a couple months. This weekend as any weekend I trim my vaginal hair as low as possible and then I shave the rest I've had ingrown hairs down there before so I didn't think too much of it until I called my ex over and we had unprotected sex and oral sex it started to hurt the next day to where it's hard to walk I no this virus is normal but I am constantly crying and down I don't even let guys talk to me because I don't want to infect them like I'm a f******* animal smh my questions are:
1. Do warts have ingrown hair comin out of them as a normal ingrown bump?
2. Should I get the last two shots?
3. What vitamins and foods are best to build my immune system?
4.if my ex gave me oral sex and then sex..and then I gave him oral sex and sex is it possible now I have it in my mouth ? I'm terrified
5. I can't walk without it bothering me what can I do until my appointment the next two weeks ?
