Whats the risk?

So back in February of this year I received oral sex from a female on two separate occasions, I also fingered her and touched my penis after. I guess the vag. fluid had dried on my hand. Also, we kissed and all that. No anal or vaginal sex. Had my boxers on and she had her underwear on and we dry humped for a bit. Anyway, after the second time I received oral sex from her she told me she had HPV. She explained to me that her pap smear came back abnormal and that is how they found out so it seems she had the strain that causes cervical cancer. I have read that HPV is almost unavoidable these days. My questions are:

1.) Is it possible that I have HPV from these incidents?
2.) Can the cancer causing strain be transmitted in the ways I expressed?
3.) Does the cancer causing strain go away on its own in men and women?
4.) Is this something I need to tell other partners?

By the way Im a male and I havnt had sex in over three years. Thanks.

1) The only potential risk was through oral sex, but remember that oral HPV infections are not as common as genital ones, and transmission through oral sex is not as easy. There is a strong possibilty that the girl did not have an oral infection, and even if she did, you probably didn't catch it. Very low risk.

3) Yes. The strains clear for both men and women within 24 months, over 90% of the time.

4) No.
