White Pearly or STD

I have pearly papules around the rim of my penis, but there is also these white looking papules under my foreskin and also the very tip of my penis near the urethra also contains these white papules.According to my research, pearly papules do not occur here, so I wonder can these be genital warts. I am still a virgin and has never had any sexual contacts, so I wonder if an STD can be contracted.

If you are a virgin you wont need to worry about STD's, probably something normal, get checked out to make sure
