With Hpv warts, am I at risk for oral HPV?

I have had genital HPV warts for 6 years, given to me from genital-genital contact. I have recently entered into a new committed relationship. We are both very sexually active and aware that she more than likely has HPV too due to frequency of intercourse.

My question is, if she in fact has HPV. If I perform oral sex on her, am I at risk for developing oral HPV to where I could possibly spread it to others orally (even if I already have genital HPV)?

Oral sex can lead to oral HPV.  Whether you give it to her or she gives it to you is always going to be an issue. The odds are that it won't lead to one of you getting oral HPV but it will always be a possibility. Spreading it to someone via kissing is not easy but could occur. There is some debate about oral HPV spreading via kisses. She should get tested for HPV before oral sex occurs.

There is no test for oral HPV (other than oral wart biopsy tests). If you smoke cigs and drink alcohol, oral HPV is more possible. It isn't as common as genital HPV but the rates are rising in men and women.
