a cut inside my vagina

ok my question is pretty long let me give you some background  i went to a doctor twice for itching and burning when i pee to the point i couldnt pee.she said it was a UTI great cool gave me antibiocitcs they normally work withing 3 fo 5 days it didnt work as a matter of fact it got worse i use a yeast infection kit and it just became messy and more pain. i went today and before she even attempted to do a pep she say a cut inside and didnt say what i could do to prevent it from opening back up or how i could actually help it heal it hurts!! help but my secon question is she said she saw a growth maybe a wart inside of my vagina she said it could be froozen off is that a genital wart is it an STD she didnt answer any of my questions and  i am in pain help!!
