are these symptoms of anal warts?

well, i have been suffering from pain inside my anal canal (rectum i guess). its painfull all the time...while i walk, sit or whatever it is. it had been a week..when i defecate, there is some whitish mucous like thing on some part of my feces. the worst part is the pain..but there is no blood. two days ago i noticed two small lumps around my anus..
is this wart? if the one inside the rectum is warts, can it be removed or any treatment for it?

It could be just hemorrhoids.  You should go to the doctor regardless so they can look at it. You dont want whatever it is you have to go untreated.

i didnt mention there, but i do practice anal sex..
so do u think its still hemorrhoids?

i went to the dr, was prescribed some medicine for piles, but it didnt work out for me.

today, all the pain is gone, and i feel normal..
i guess will have to follow up with the dr..
