black spec on underside of shaft

Well I noticed it a while ago, like say about.. 3-4 months or so at least. I've examined it on somewhat of a regular basis to ensure it isn't growing or something, and it hasn't seemed to. It's like a black dot and what seems to look like an air pocket under around it under the skin, it's kinda hard to describe but I hope that gets a basic idea across.. I did a stupid thing and had unprotected sex with a girl about a year ago, the thing is I haven't heard anything about her being dirty or anything in that sense.. I was just wondering if this was a common thing among guys, or if it's something I should seriously get checked out?

It's nothing. Hpv doesn't wait a year to show symptoms. and if it was a wart it would grow, and it would be the color of your skin, not black.

Look i've had 9 sex partners in the past 2 years, and never used a condom. I just made sure they were all clean. And needless to say it was only a matter of time. i was lucky to get away with just genital warts. :)

the reassurance of it being nothing bad is great, but is there any explanation as to what it COULD be? because I thought cancerous things were generally black, like its just a small spec of black but it's still concerning. can you get penile cancer on the shaft? :/
