Oral sex is much safer than vaginal or anal sex. A condom covered oral exposure really is about as safe as you can get. It surely does not sound like a herpes lesion orca wart which would be very unrealistic from oral sex much less condom covered oral. Hsv2 is also completely unrealistic from oral sex much lesd condom covered oral. If you indeed have hsv i would be way more inclined to believe you had this prior to this exposure. This exposure really was a no risk event

It might be. Oral sex is not safe but a condom does not cover the entire penis. It stops at the base. Even though the penis head was covered, HPV does not always show up on the area not covered by a condom. Please go see a dermatologist asap. If warranted, your dermatologist will prescribe a cream to remove it or will freeze it off and biopsy it for HPV. Based on what you wrote, I doubt it is a genital wart. Warts do not burn or tingle but herpes blisters can do that.  Warts do not grow also. You should consider getting tested for Herpes 1 and Herpes 2 via a blood test. Good luck!

i do the testing for herpes with varizella zoster virus test for IgG and IgM. IgG came positive and IgM came negative and the doctor examine my bump and he said its not a herpes or wart. He said leave as it is, am confusing
additionally the bump will go off sometimes and came again, It can be visible only by top view.
