It doesn't sound like a genital wart. From what you're describing it sounds like there is puss inside, and genital warts can not be popped as they have no fluid inside. A genital wart is simply a skin growth. Genital warts do not hurt either. If you only have one bump, check into bartholin cyst and bartholin abscess. A bartholin cyst happens when a duct in the vaginal area becomes clogged/blocked. A bartholin abscess is when the cyst becomes infected. Most resolve on their own within a day or so, but some may need medical treatment. Look into it and make an appointment with your obgyn.
