bumps appearing! scared please HELP!

So I suspected a thrush, after doing research on why my vagina was very itchy, and had two long cuts on both sides of my labia that almost reached down to my anus. I bought over the counter anit-fungal cream, after 2 months of suffering and finally figuring out that I had thrush (at least I thought), the cream seemed to work and took about a month to get rid of the cuts and itchyness. It also burned on the cuts when I peed.

Then when I thought everything was okay, one side of my labia grew to be very itchy and inflammed rapidly. The next day the imflamation was gone. So it was a one day thing.

Then I get a message from a girl on vacation I met, saying she thinks she has genital warts, and she thinks it's from the guy that we both had unprotected sex with (I know stupid me). She claimed that she had a pap test and was clean before the vacation, and only had sex with this guy, and another guy after the vacation. So basically she was warning me to get checked out because she really thinks it's the guy from the vacation. Now I have a 50% chance that I might have HPV if she has it and I am shitting myself worried to death. This girl also said that she had thrush but wasn't sure. She said she had one cut on her labia and one on her clitoris.

So now I have to secretly get checked out without telling my parents, (I will tell my parents if I have something). But appointment making time is soon, but I still want to know answers!!!

Anyways, now these little bumps are forming on me below my vagina opening. Theres about 5 or 6 of them and they kinda feel like moles and they are forming where the cuts use to be. Then I have another completely different random bump, which is a bit grey in colour all the way on my outside labia beside my clitoris. The bumps are not clustered, and I just started getting itchy closer to my anus again today. This is driving me insaine not knowing what it wrong with me. If you have answers please tell!!!

Some questions I also have are: Are gential (genital) warts itchy? Do gential (genital) warts give you cuts before breakouts?

What I'm most concerned about is: will I ever be safe towards partners when having sex again? Will it ruin my sex life? :(

this sounds like genital herpes..u need to get to Planned parenthood and get this checked out!
