can HPV look like moles?

2 and a half weeks ago, i noticed small bump/pimple like in the head of my penis, i paniced and popped it, blood came out with a tiny volume of puss, also i noticed 10 similar bumps/pimples in the pubic region, does not itch or hurt, went to an MD and he asked a few questions (i think he was trying to find some herpes symptoms, but health wise im ok) he gave a prescription of zovirax and took a blood and urine test for HIV, chlamydia, syphillis (syphilis), came back after three days, results came out negative and he said that everything is normal and the pimple in the penis head has healed, and did not scar or come back until today,
I was not convinced so i tried to see a dermatologist, unfortunately i do not have a regular derm where i stay and work, and this is the first time i saw a dermatologist, he agreed to see me very early in the morning, showed it to him, and he asked if i shaved totally, i said yes, then he looked very quickly, and said i had molluscum, a bit of folliculitis, and papillomavirus (he pointed out that the papillomavirus is the one that i thought was a mole for over 3 years already) he said he will start treating them immediately with freezing. this whole procedure happened in less than 30 mins, he did not ask any history or any other questions, he just told me to come back after a month.

My questions are:
1) do papillomavirus look like moles? i have a small one in the base of my penis shaft, and just above the penis near the pubic region, even has hair in the middle, is not cauliflower shaped, even asked my sister if what it looks like, and she said its a mole.
2) should i trust his diagnosis? i have been having sex with my gf and she does not have anything that is same as what i have, she is also very carefull of her health.
3) can it be folliculitis? most of the bumps have hair and a bit of discoloration in the follicle.
4) can it be friction burns? i read that i can happen because my gf loves to be on top and a lot of friction is going on for about 30 mins

hopefully i gave sufficient data doctor, im really paranoid, have not been eating and sleeping properly because this.
i never experienced any burning sensation when peeing nor muscle aches, but i was using same razors to shave my pubic hair, and sometimes i put perfume in my pubic area, and it gives a hot sensation for a few minutes.
