cancerous HPV strains and warts?

I am a 26 year old male without any STDs except for HPV which I am not sure about. I had sex with a girl about 2 years ago. Recently I have experienced few wart like things on my penis. I want to know whether HPV strains which cause warts on the penis be same as those which cause cervical cancer in women. Reason I am asking this is because I am going to be married in a few months and I do not want to pass on any cancerous HPV strain to my wife.

How can I be sure I don't have those strains which cause cervical cancer in women.

The strains that cause warts are not the high risk strains. Still, have a doctor look at the warts and have them treated.

You can't know if you have high risk hpv. There are no symptoms or test, but for most people it is a temporary infection.

I had gone to a doctor and he had diagnosed them as fungal infection. I have been taking nizral tablets and applying clotrimazole. They seem to have gone away. However, still there are a few black colored bumps on my thighs. There are some marks on my thighs which seem like scars and seem to have come about from pimples/warts/fungal infection? I don't know.

Is it possible for warts to leave a mark when they go away? Is it possible for fungal infection?
