I apologize, I should have given a little more background.  I was diagnosed during my pregnancy last year with moderate cervical dysplasia, beings the area of abnormal cells was too close to, I want to say axis, my doctor was afraid to do the .  She also felt that pregnant womens immune systems aren't as high as when they are not pregnant she decided to wait until my 6-8 week check up to repeat pap, well, I'm on a military installation, so I had a different person do my follow up pap and she claimed it was normal.  During my recovery from my c-section I developed a horrible infection in my wound and was hospitalized.  I went back to the original lady I was seeing and she repeated my the pap and did the colpo.  My pap came back abnormal and she had so much trouble getting to my cervix for both procedures.  To make a long story short, during all this time I had a significant amount of pelvic pain, especially after sex and began seeing someone else and had a sedated colpo, a diagnostic laparoscopy which turned into a laparotomy to try to remove adhesions just to find out that my bowels and uterus are adhesed together to my abdominal wall and my abdominal muscles on my left side are like cement.  Anyway, I got referred to U of L gyn/oncologists, who are awesome, and she did the cold knife cone.  Thank you in advance for any advice.
