I had a colposcopy done about a week and a half ago and still having brown discharge and dark green paste or something coming out till now... I guess I'm still in the healing process due to the fact I was bleeding alot alot from the procedure. I did get my results back from the biopsy and it turned out I was diagnosed LSIL (mild squamous dysplasia, CIN 1), this is most likely in good shape. CIN 1 very rarely becomes cancerous, and much of it (70-80%) resolves on its own without treatment. Statistically, 15% or so persists and a smaller percentage will progress to more severe dysplasia.

So the next step is to get a pap every 3 months and so on. You can reply back to me if you have any questions. Let us know about your results. Keep in touch!  Hope this information helped you!

Yes, totally normal. It's not really your discharge though, it's from the solution they use during the colpo. Don't worry about it :)
