confused and worried

So I think I contracted anal warts, but they are internal.  I am terrified and embarrassed to go to a doctor so I tried to freeze them off myself with an over the counter wart freeze off thing.  After I applied it to my warts they have seemed to spread all over the inside of my rectum.  I'm just concerned because they itch all the time and you can't see them unless you spread open my anus a little.  Are there any treatments I can use or should I just leave them alone and hope they go away?

R u double jointed that u can turn around and view ur anus?how could u freeze off internal anal warts?U need to stop butt-bungling this urself and get to the doctor..like they haven't seen this b4!
