dry skin and redness on head of penis please help

hey im 18. i have started to notice some red spots on the head of my penis and dry peeling skin on the head of my penis. all this is on the head of my penis. nothin else anywhere else. the red spot really arent that noticeable unless your really close. i had been having sex with my ex for ten months and we broke up a month ago and this just started appearin about 2 weeks ago. im scared it might be a std or somethin and was looking for help. it doesnt hurt or anything like that. i dont no if its an std or if im just bein paranoid. please help

It doesn't sound like HPV or another std to me. It could just be dry skin, or possible another infection, maybe fungal. If it bothers you, see a doctor for a diagnosis.
