Not sure, but I know that hormones (lack of) can cause dryness.

Not likely generaly Hpv causes "warts" and cell abnormalitys never heard of it causing dryness i would guess its hormonal or even genetic.

i have been having vaginal dryness for two yeats and docters told me my secretion was normal but i knew not that was in 2006 and now in 2009 i am still having the prob i went to a doc tody and she finally say she felt a wart and i am sure it is because i felt it a wile now and another docter told me if i had one i would have seen it .i am about to get a biopsy
