experimenting with Zinc Sulfate and posting updates
Hello everyone,
I had a been long term relationship for years and last year everything hit the rocks., during the period of my pain i slept with 3 different women., i used protection for 2 but not one.. the last person i had sex with was in november., but come december i found my first sign of GW.., i didnt know what it was an ignored as some irritation.. come January by chance i came upon researching online about STDs and got to know what was on my balls close to my shaft., by now i seem to have 3.. my ex is back and we have had sex before i noticed all this and i am afraid i might have infected her..
after going through a lot of research online i am thinking of tackling my problem head on with 120mg of Zinc Sulfate a day and taking 1 Supradyn multivitamin capsule for the next 2 months and see what happens., i will not be using any other products except this.. i will be putting updates on how far i go everyday and changes ..
those that wish to ask questions please do and if you have any experience with zinc sulfate please share..

Not all zincs are the same and thus work the same. Most zinc gluconate isn't absorbed by the body (from what I've read) and the supplements found in most convenience stores are pretty low grade. I used zinc sulfate cream on some "bumps" I had down under and within a week they were gone! Do your own research come to your own conclusions and always be very skeptical. By the way there is an Indian study on using zinc sulfate cream on HSV2 to treat it, very interesting. Best of luck.
Well I am in the 2nd week of taking Zinc, ran our Zinc Sulfate after first week, now taking Zinc Gluconate, the Zinc is what matters right? I am taking Multivitamin pills also, planning to add some Green tea capsules as well, I rather take those than bother making the tea all the time.
