genital pain

About 2 years ago i noticed a bump on the shaft of my penis. It looked like a pimple. Within 5 or 6 days it was gone. Weeks later i started having painful urination and testicular pain, neither of which have left me to this day. I was tested by my doctor for all std's, and even had an ultrasound of my testicles that revealed varocose veins within them. I also saw a urologist who used a scope to look in the inside of my urethra. He saw nothing abnormal, and the only theory i could come up with was that i had genital warts since it cannot be detected by lab tests and all of my other tests were negative. However, the urologist and my family doctor both felt that it was not genital warts. Im curious if there is any other ways i can pursue an answer or diagnosis?
