genital wart?

ive never had sex or done anything to assume that i have a genital wart or warts, but i have two spots on my penis. one is white and it is oval shaped and pretty flat, while the other is just a round blackish grayish dot to the left of the white spot.  i have a wart on my toe, which i just had frozen.  should i ask the dermatologist when i go back if this is a genital wart?  it doesnt hurt, and this hasnt spread (despite picking at it in the past).  it doesnt bleed, but becomes red just as anything would if you pick at it.  i didnt see blood or any fluid or anything, so im not sure what this is.
they say that not having sex is the best way to avoid getting a genital wart, and ive done that.  anyone know what this could be?

i'll ask the doctor when i go back in a few weeks.  this could be it, and would make sense.  im not sure how long i had this, but i think this could be it.  hopefully it is, as this can be taken care of from the sound of it.
