genital warts (HPV) and washed undrewears

my boyfriend has a friend who "had" genital warts  ( i say "had" because there is no a completed cure for warts) and one day he wore his friend's underwear which it was washed . is there any chance to get HPV ?

No none whatsoever. I paid the money and asked the doctor about risk of contraction through surface contact and he said there was no risk. Also it's a skin to skin contagious thing- perhaps in the unlikely situation your bfs friend rubbed his genitals all over the underwear and then your bf immediately put them on and did the same and that chance would still be impossibly low. Also you day HAD like he will always be very contagious but after 2 years most people have supersede the virus enough so that they will never show symptoms again and are most likely not contagious.
