genital warts or glands

I have little skin colored bumps all around my penis. They are not irritating and i can not feel them at all. Some are bigger than others. There are more on the bottom side of my penis than on the top side. These bumps have been here for years but over time i have noticed more. Most recently i have noticed these bumps on the top of my penis, but they have been there for over a year without a change. I have been to the doctor and I was told that they are sebaceous glands. But from what i have read in males it is mostly opinion based and these things are commonly mistaken for each other.

Almost all clear within a couple of years.

Usually a visual inspection is all that is needed. A doctor may choose to biopsy if he is unsure, but this is rarely done.
