genital warts or sumac

I have had like these bumbs that look and feel like pimples.. i have had them for a while but i had sumac when i was younger on my penis i got medicine for it and the symtoms went away but now older and questioning things i want to know if it is just from the sumac or possibly a wart or something i need to get taken care of

You will need to see a doctor for diagnosis.

By sumac do you mean poison ivy? I can't imagine a poison ivy rash lasting this long.
