genital warts symptoms ?

have small red bumps on the underpart of my penis that have been there for two years but have never blistered or anything. they have never gotten any worse or any better. there is a small rash at the tip of the penis that burns off and on during the day.

Genital warts wouldn't blister however long they are there. The bumps could be completely normal and harmless, the only way to know is to get them looked at by a professional. Warts can be skin colour, brown, red, pink. They can be smooth rough, big small, they can grow bigger over time, stay exactly the same or dissapear completely. That's why it's difficult to tell without the appropriate tests. The rash doesn't sound HPV related. Some people experience itching with warts, some people experience burning and some experience nothing. They shouldn't be painful.
