genital warts

ive been diagniose i have genital warts and the doctor was given me a cream and it helps a lot my warts has gone away...now i noticed my husband has a warts also so ,should we refrain from having sex?how could i get rid of his warts in his scrotum we had an oral sex also is it possible that i could have  a warts in my mouth also?

It dosen't really matter if you have sex because you both have the same type of HPV. Doctors advice not to have sex whilst using cream because it could irritate the area. You should go back to the docs and get your husband checked out so the doctor can decide what treatment would be best for him according to the type of warts he has, he will probably be given the same cream as you did.

Oral HPV is so rare doctors tell you not to worry, so its unlikely you have anything in your mouth
