Warts can go away with treatment.  There is a cream, Aldara, that is applied three times a week for up to 16 weeks at home on your own.  Best bet honestly is TCA.  It is an acid treatment that burns like a ***** at first but warts are gone a lot quicker.  I don't think there is anything you can do to hide them.  Maybe grow your pubs out so it covers them. lol Go to your doctor and he'll help you figure out the best treatment plan.  And it may not even be warts so before you panic have them looked at.  And even if they are warts, really not that big of deal.  Very common, in fact I believe thee most common STD in sexually active people.  Good Luck!!
