gential warts & hpv

It all started for me 18 months ago I started to get severe burning and itching in the vaginal area, I started to develop growths/warts 8 months ago, nothing I can do can get rid of them went to std clinic they tried freezng them but it never worked, the lymph nodes in my groin have been swollen for 18 months and are extremely painful also I have had severe burning sensation in my face with lines appearing everywhere I am only 33, I also get wart like growths around my nech and throat area does this mean the hpv has spread? I know there is no entire cure for hpv excepting a good immune system (I drink maybe a bit too much and smoke) but have been experiencing hair loss as well (apparantly hpv can cause this ) does any one know how I can possibly not infect others and how I can get rid of these stupid warts?

Genital Warts won't spread to your neck, and I haven't heard of them causing hair loss. Freezing isn't the only treatment available. I recommend seeing a doctor to discuss other treatment options, and your symptoms.
