grace help me

as soon after i did my first liquid nitrogen therapy the lesions that were sprayed did not go away but stayed at the same place.
after the skin came out i noticed that the dots were at the same place without any change.
this means that the dots did not respond to the therapy even though i did this therapy 3 times.
now after almost 45 days i went to see my doctor again and asked him to cut my lesion and send it to histo pathology lab for biopsy and another lesion for hpv pcr.
i have almost 20 or more of these dots. even the doctor is confused to say if these are warts or not.
