help with colposcopy results
I am 23 years old and have been having abnormal paps since my first one in 2008. I have also had two colposcopies and am now scheduled for a keep procedure in 3 days.
Can anyone explain these results to me? They are results from my most recent colposcopy.

--Pathologic Diagnosis---
A - Cervical biopsy at 11 o'clock:
1. Atypical squamous metaplasia associated with acute
and chronic cervicitis.
2. No definite evidence of dysplasia or HPV effect.

B - Cervical biopsy at 5 o'clock:
1. Atypical squamous metaplasia associated with acute
and chronic cervicitis.
2. No definite evidence of dysplasia or HPV effect.

C - Endocervical curettings:
1. Fragment of metaplastic squamous mucosa with
HGSIL (CIN II-III) associated with HPV effect.
2. Fragments of benign endocervical mucosa intermixed with cervical
mucus and blood clot.
