high white cells- white discharge

Since 2005, I've had much different discharge and vaginal and cervical problems. My pap has been abnormal since then. I was diagnosed with CIN 1 (after numerous colposcopy and biopsy). I had HPV but have been tested negative in the past year. The lesion in my cervix however has not gone away and doctors are suggesting the LEEP procedure.In the past 2 months, I've had continuous white discharge, light a bit creamy. I was tested last month for vaginal infections but the results were all negative.In the past I've had gardnella, more than once so I thought this was what it was again. During ovulation, I noticed that the discharge becomes thicker. It doesn't smell bad but if I touch it and smell it it's a bit egg like odor. I was diagnosed with a high number of white blood cells. They told me that was the cause of the discharge. I was given Doxyciclene for 2 weeks, 2 pills a day. But the problem is persisting. I get my period, and when it's done, the discharge comes right back.I have a partner, we have unprotected sex and maybe I'm passing the infection back and forth. It's hard to use a condom with your partner. I was told by my gyno to always have protected sex, but I didn't. Could the discharge be caused by my cervical lesion? What worries me the most is whether I'll be able to have babies after all this infections I've had in the past. Could it be that the tests are wrong? Should I keep on getting tested each month? Will I be able to get pregnant in the future?
