do they always appear in groups? or several at the same time?, what is their shape?
I had 1 little ball barely attached to the skin, and ithought immediately it was genital wart hpv, but the thing is that the nurse at the planned parenthood didnt know, my pelvic
was too, but she just burnt it down with acid, but she couldnt tell me what was it? she said it was looking like a sking tag. it was very very small, probabbly 1/16'' of an inch and not flat, but barely attaced to the skin and ball shaped like all wrinkled skin. and i dont have any other one it was just one
can u tell by the description what is this about? is there any dna test i can request to know if i have it?
just in case i have it will it ever clear on its own? I have a great inmmune system :S
Sometimes they appear on there own, but mainly in groups. There shape differs, sometimes rough cauliflower texture, round. Sometimes red, fleshy coloured or slightly brown.
Could be a wart. Sounds similar to be honest. You can get the bump biopsied to see which DNA it holds. I suggest you see another Doc. Maybe a dermatologist.
It usually clears in 2 years, but treatment will give you a better shot at clearing. The virus will always be in your system but it eventually lays dormant and undetectable. Your immune system will be a great advantage
HPV is one of the STDs that you can describe with the keyboard till it breaks but you will need to see a doctor to have a diagnoses of it.
But from your description it sounds suspicious of a wart cause you are describing that the ball has its own texture that is SEPERATE from the rest of local skin area. But again, need doctor to confirm or a HPV swab test of the area.
where the labia majora is, the skin is all wrinkled there, the nurse told me that it is suspicious, but it could be a skin tag as well because skin tags on groin
are appear on skin crrugations (folds), i didnt mentioned but she told me i had a skin tag on a inner tight, its just bigger, like 4 times bigger, and is not a ball, but their textures used to feel pretty similar, but still hard to say, because they were different on size and shape. the think is that since it was burnt i have no other pump to show any other doctor, since i dont have any symptoms now.my only partner has no warts at all, i dont know if that could mean something, but i dont know what should i do now. should i go to a gynecologist and tell what happened?, will a doctor have a way to tell me if what i had was a genital wart?, or a dermatologist?, can they actually biopsy any vulvar skin without symptoms to check on my dna?
If she said it was a skin tag, just go with that. Skin tags are very similar in appearance to GW anyway. If you have no bump now then you cannot find out if it is hpv, as warts are only diagnosed visually. If you have had sex
well as i said, she didnt say it was a skin tag, but u say that it is basically not likely tohave warts if he doesnt have warts? or can he actually not show warts and i can?
Your boyfriend wont nescesarily show warts if he has them from you, he may be asymptomatic. Your situation seems to be a bit of a guessing game though, as you have no visible warts now to test. All you can do is assume it was a skin tag and if you experience anymore bumps down below get them looked at and tested
